Future NP Club operates futurenpclub.com. This notice explains how we handle the information you give us when you request a resource and opt in to email updates. Contact us at support@futurenpclub.com or 1321 Upland Dr., PMB 17606, Houston, TX 77043.

What we collect

For the NP school-list form, we collect your first name, email address, the resource requested, and a record of your consent, including when and where it was given and which notice and terms were shown. We also use a short-lived, one-way identifier derived from the request's network address to limit repeated submissions; it is not added to the lead sheet. Our hosting and bot-protection providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use your details to provide the requested download, record your agreement to the Terms of Use and your separate email opt-in, understand interest in this resource, prevent abuse, and respond to your requests. If you check the email opt-in box, we may later send Future NP Club marketing emails about NP programs, school comparisons, and resources. We are not sending those emails now. We do not sell the lead list. School advertisements or sponsorships, if introduced later, will not give advertisers access to your individual contact details without a separate notice and permission.

Where it is kept

Form submissions are stored in a private Google Sheet. The site runs on Vercel and uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot checks where enabled. These providers process data to supply their services. Access to the sheet is limited to people authorized to run Future NP Club.

Your choices

You can withdraw email permission or request access, correction, or deletion of your contact details by emailing support@futurenpclub.com. Future marketing emails will include a way to unsubscribe. We will keep only information needed to honor your request, address a legal obligation, or resolve a legitimate dispute. We do not ask for patient or medical information in the school-list form; please do not send it there.

Changes

We may update this notice as the site changes. The effective date above identifies the version that applies to new requests and email opt-ins.
