What does a third-party placement-service quote actually buy?
A third-party quote buys only the written deliverable in its agreement. A lead, introduction, proposed match, site search, and approved start-ready rotation are different results.
Franklin University’s current NP preceptor policy says its students must seek clinical placement team approval, especially before signing with a placement agency. It also separates a possible school-to-site honorarium from direct preceptor pay. Those terms apply to Franklin’s stated program, not every NP program.
